February 2015 Amendment – TBI/SCI Waiver

The Agency is requesting an amendment of the Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury (TBI/SCI) Waiver to: (1) request an increase in the unduplicated number of participants, (2) revise Appendix J to reflect the increased number of participants, (3) update quality performance measures, (4) to eliminate the consumer directed option which was being operated concurrently with the waiver, (5) update mandatory spousal impoverishment information, (6) update the public notice process and (7) include the TBI/SCI transition plan in compliance with the HCB Settings Rule.
The changes can be found in:

  3. Appendices A, B, C, D, G, and I (Quality Improvement)
  4. Main 1-G (Concurrent Operation with Other Programs)
  5. Appendix B-5-g (Post-Eligibility Treatment of Income Using Spousal Impoverishment Rules)
  6. Main 6-1 (Public Input)
  7. Main A Attachment (Attachment #2 Home and Community Based Settings Rule)
