Once Eligible Providers have the required information listed above, they can successfully register at the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Registration and Attestation System.
Hospitals that are eligible for EHR incentive payments under both Medicare and Medicaid should select "Both Medicare and Medicaid" during the registration process.
Step 2: Complete the state level application that can be accessed through your secure provider portal.
