The budget office plans and coordinates the Agency’s departmental budget from preparation through the gubernatorial and legislative process to its annual appropriation.

The Bureau of Finance & Accounting is responsible for Paying Vendors, Reimbursing State Travelers, Receiving Reimbursement from the 67 Florida Counties for Medicaid Charges, Receiving Payments from Facilities for Fees and Fines, Distributing the Agency's Monthly Financial Reports, Maintaining Accounting Data, Managing Grants and Administering the Agency's Purchasing Card Program.

Human Resources is responsible for Labor Relations, Training, Classification and Recruitment, and Attendance, Benefits and Compensation.

The Bureau of Support Services within the Division of Operations provides general services support to the Agency’s staff at Headquarters and Area Offices. The bureau includes the following units: Procurement, Contract Administration and Purchasing, Facility Management and Mail Operations.
